This study evaluated the effects of low-level laser therapy (LLLT) at 670 nm on the epiphyseal growth of Wistar rats. The results showed no significant differences in limb length or histological changes in the epiphyseal cartilage between treated and untreated limbs across three different laser doses. Therefore, it was concluded that LLLT did not influence epiphyseal growth under the parameters used in this study.
