This study investigated using high amounts of reclaimed asphalt pavement (RAP) in high modulus asphalt concrete (HMAC). Laboratory tests were conducted to evaluate the performance of HMAC mixtures with different RAP contents, including rutting resistance, cracking resistance, and moisture stability. The results showed that RAP content significantly influences dynamic modulus and failure strain when RAP content reaches 40%, and impacts dynamic stability and tensile strength ratio when RAP content reaches 50%
