This study evaluates the diagnostic yield of endobronchial ultrasound-guided transbronchial needle aspiration (EBUS-TBNA) for lymphoma, finding an overall sensitivity of 65% and a negative predictive value of 96.1%. Among 189 patients with isolated mediastinal lymphadenopathy, 13 were diagnosed with lymphoma, primarily non-Hodgkin lymphoma, while Hodgkin lymphoma cases were not diagnosed through EBUS-TBNA.
