This document proposes a 360 degree analog phase shifter design operating in the C-band frequency range. It employs a wideband 3-dB branch-line coupler circuit to divide the input signal into two signals with a 90 degree phase difference. These signals are then reflected by two identical varactor diode circuits which can achieve a 360 degree phase shift range. Experimental results showed the design achieved a 360 degree phase shift range with 1 dB insertion loss over a 500 MHz bandwidth centered at 6.5 GHz.
