This meta-analysis evaluated the efficacy and safety of cyclosporine A (CsA) for treating steroid-resistant nephrotic syndrome (SRNS). The analysis found that CsA was more effective than placebo/no treatment, as evidenced by higher rates of complete remission and total remission, and lower proteinuria and creatinine levels.
