About this document
Rhizobium Inoculant Seed Technology by Rani Sapkota is a document available to read on EtoBox.
This document describes a procedure for inoculating legume seeds with Rhizobium inoculant to promote nitrogen fixation. The objectives are to inoculate seeds with Rhizobium and evaluate inoculant effectiveness. Broad bean or pea seeds are sterilized and coated with a sticker solution containing live Rhizobium culture. The coated seeds are dried and planted. Uninoculated seeds serve as a control. Plant growth and nodule formation are later observed and compared between inoculated and uninoculated seeds.
