What is Finders Kreepers about?

When a serial killer escapes from a high-security psychiatric hospital in the English countryside and kidnaps a local child, seventeen year old Freddie Hooper is determined to catch him. The child is his sister, Boo. Freddie can see harbingers of death he calls Kreepers. In an attempt to save his sister, he follows the Kreepers to a hidden room inside the psychiatric hospital. It's a strange place. In place of a door, there's a hatch. In place of a handle, there's a wheel. And when Freddie turns it, the mechanism echoes in the narrow hallway like someone tutting their tongue. But inside, it's entirely silent; the room is soundproof. No one hears him scream. It's a trap. And if Freddie doesn't do as the serial killer wishes, his sister will die .
