What is Archimedes Principle: Formula & Derivation about?
Archimedes principle states that the buoyant force on an object submerged in a fluid is equal to the weight of the fluid displaced. The apparent loss of weight of the submerged object equals the weight of the fluid displaced. The thrust force or buoyancy can be calculated as the density of the fluid multiplied by the volume of fluid displaced multiplied by gravity.
