This research article presents a mathematical model for the personnel task assignment problem specifically applied to the banking sector. It proposes a two-step method that prioritizes tasks based on various criteria and utilizes a multi-objective mathematical model to assign tasks to employee groups, aiming for efficient workload distribution. The results indicate that the proposed model improves capacity utilization rates compared to the current situation, achieving a minimum utilization rate of 41%.
