This study evaluated the effects of lead exposure on oxidative stress, liver functions, and hematological profiles in Sprague Dawley rats. Results indicated that lead intoxication increased serum malondialdehyde (MDA), alanine transaminase (ALT), and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) levels, while decreasing hemoglobin, red blood cell count, and other hematological parameters, indicating hypochromic normocytic anemia.
