Projects must comply with CALGreen Chapter 3 scoping requirements and Chapter 5 mandatory measures adopted by DSA. Measures in CALGreen Sections 5.410.2 and 5.410.4 related to commissioning and testing are not mandatory but portions are required by the California Energy Code.
