What is Request for Plastic Arm Chairs about?

The principal of Buenlag National High School wrote a request letter to the Assistant Schools Division Superintendent seeking approval for 600 plastic arm chairs. The school currently has a double shifting schedule for classes from 6am to 6:30pm due to a shortage of classroom chairs, despite having adequate classrooms. This long school day poses a safety risk to students. The additional chairs would allow the school to implement a regular class schedule and improve student safety.
