What is Subhakara-simha about?

1) The document discusses two important works related to Buddhist mysticism in Japan - "Rita-sogyara-gobushinkwan" and "Rokushu-mandara-ryakushaku". 2) These works are illustrated texts of the "Vajra-sekhara-yoga" compiled by Subhakara-simha and a commentary on it compiled by his pupils. 3) The works provide essential information for understanding Buddhist mysticism, as images and mandalas are needed to properly understand the texts where important portions are often omitted or explained cryptically.
