Mrs. Sony Sikandar Yadav, a 30-year-old pregnant female, was referred by Millat Nursing Home to Accura Health Care and Diagnostics with a 20 cm left ovarian cyst. A biopsy of the cyst wall was performed. Microscopic examination found the cyst was lined by low columnar epithelium with apical mucin and had a fibrocollagenous wall. There was no evidence of architectural or nuclear atypia. The impression was of a benign mucinous cystadenoma.
