What is C Program for Calculating Sums about?

This code is calculating the average of sums and ratios of values input by the user. It prompts the user for the number of data points, then repeatedly prompts for x and y values and calculates running sums of x^2, y^3, x, and y. It prints the individual x and y values. Once all values are input, it calculates the ratio of the first two sums and the ratio of the second two sums, and prints the final average.
