The Vazyme RT-qPCR (RUO) is a respiratory multiplex kit designed for research use only, capable of detecting multiple viruses including RSV, Influenza A and B, SARS-CoV-2, Adenovirus, and M. Pneumonia. It includes positive and negative controls and is compatible with RTqPCR instruments, using DNA/RNA from nasopharyngeal and oropharyngeal swabs. The test takes 30-40 minutes and has a shelf life of 12 months when stored at -30℃ to -15℃.
