A 46-year-old female patient presented with a history of hemoptysis four years ago. Physical examination and laboratory results were normal except for an increased ESR. A chest x-ray showed an inhomogenous opacity in the right upper lung field. A CT scan found a thick-walled cavity with surrounding ground glass opacity in the right lung suggestive of invasive aspergillosis.
