This paper aims to examine the contribution of ICT and education to economic growth in Middle Eastern countries compared to OECD countries. It uses data from 2000-2017 for 10 Middle Eastern and 24 OECD countries to analyze the effects of digitalization, internet use, mobile subscriptions, and education levels on economic growth. The results show ICT positively impacts economic growth in both groups, while the effect of internet is smaller and mobile subscriptions larger in the Middle East versus OECD countr
