The study investigates the antifungal effects of chitosan and aqueous extracts from Tectona grandis and Artemisia annua against mango postharvest anthracnose caused by Colletotrichum gloeosporioides. Results indicate that both chitosan (2.5% v/v) and the plant extracts (10% w/v) effectively inhibit fungal growth and improve mango quality parameters without adversely affecting acidity or pH. These natural alternatives present a viable option to reduce reliance on synthetic fungicides in mango postharvest man
