This 7-day training course aims to (1) support youth workers in promoting social inclusion and diversity and (2) teach participants how to implement Living Library projects in their organizations. The training will cover concepts of diversity, stereotypes, prejudice and introduce the Living Library method. Participants will learn how to organize their own Living Libraries and become diversity multipliers. Travel costs are partially reimbursed and English proficiency is required.
