This case report describes a phleomorphic adenoma tumor located in the soft palate of a patient. CT scan results showed an expansive and infiltrative mass suspected to be malignant, but during surgery it was found to be pedunculated and removable. Histopathological examination confirmed the diagnosis of phleomorphic adenoma.
