The College of Occupational Therapists is developing subsets of terms from SNOMED CT, the clinical terminology used in the UK NHS, to support occupational therapists. The first subset contains the names of 117 common assessment tools used by OTs. This subset will help OTs accurately and consistently record assessment results in electronic patient records.
