## Abstract Two new __ent__‐abietane diterpenoids, macrophynin E (**1**) and macrophynin F (**2**), and a known related __ent__‐abietanoid (−)‐lambertic acid (**3**), together with four known __ent__‐kauranoids, were isolated from the roots and aerial parts of __Isodon macrophylla__, respectively. The structures of the new compounds were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic‐data analysis and chemical correlations.
