Foggy conditions were reported throughout most of the Queenstown Lakes District road network as of 6:30am on Wednesday, June 12, 2013. Temperatures were generally mild but ice could still develop. Ice was also reported through the Lindis Pass area. Drivers were advised to drive with care due to winter conditions and potential ice on many major routes in the region including the Crown Range Road, Kawarau Gorge, and Lindis Pass.
