What is Temporary Enrollment Form about?

Beatrize P. Torres agrees to enroll as a temporary student at the Dalubhasaan ng Lungsod ng San Pablo due to the lack of valid credentials. She acknowledges that this status does not grant her credit for coursework unless credentials are presented before the Preliminary Examination. Additionally, she understands that enrolling in a subject without completing its prerequisite will nullify the enrollment and void any units incurred.
