What is E-Management about?

The study investigates the impact of e-management on tax revenue improvement in the Tax Directorate of Tlemcen Province, Algeria, using a quantitative approach and PLS-SEM model. Findings indicate that while e-management implementation did not significantly enhance tax revenue, its dimensions positively influenced its adoption. The research highlights the importance of infrastructure, human and financial requirements, and implementation levels in the effective application of e-management.
