What is A Prospective Clinical Evaluation of New ECCO2R Technology in Mild To Moderate ARDS Patients Assessing Ultra-Lung-Protective Ventilation With PRISMALUNG Plus about?

This study evaluates the safety and effectiveness of the PRISMALUNG+ device for extracorporeal carbon dioxide removal (ECCO2R) in patients with mild to moderate acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) undergoing ultra-lung-protective ventilation (ULPV). Results showed significant improvements in ventilation parameters and resolution of respiratory acidosis without major complications. The findings suggest that ECCO2R can safely mitigate hypercapnic acidosis during ULPV in mechanically ventilated ARDS pat
