About this document
Peri-Implant Bone Loss Around Platform-Switched Morse Taper Connection Implants: A Prospective 60-Month Follow-Up Study by Marco Teixeira is a document available to read on EtoBox.
This study evaluated peri-implant bone loss around dental implants with a Morse taper connection over 60 months. 576 implants were placed in 270 patients and standardized radiographs were taken at placement and 60 months. Marginal bone loss was influenced by implant depth, location, and their interactions. At 60 months, bone loss was low but higher for subcrestal and anterior implants.
