The International Visegrad Fund is announcing a call for proposals to facilitate knowledge transfer between non-governmental organizations in the Visegrad Group (Hungary, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia) and Western Balkan countries (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro and Serbia). Proposals must focus on one of four priority areas: rule of law and fundamental rights, good governance, regional cooperation, or EU approximation. Projects should involve at least three Visegrad count
