This circular informs all Heads of Departments that final year UG and PG students must pay a Convocation Fee of Rs. 2000 between February 9 and 12, 2026, via the SIS portal. Students who do not pay the fee will be ineligible for VTU online Convocation registration. Further details will be provided once VTU releases the application circular.
