The study aimed to determine the presence of H.pylori infection among children with dyspepsia. A total of 25 stool samples were collected from children with abdominal pain. Five stool samples tested positive for H.pylori antigen. Investigating stool samples for H.pylori among children with abdominal pain can help initiate early treatment and prevent future H.pylori related diseases.
