This study evaluates the responsiveness of health systems to COVID-19 patients in Iran, based on a survey of 413 discharged patients from 17 public hospitals. The findings indicate that while overall responsiveness was rated adequate, there were significant concerns regarding timely treatment and medication, with dignity being the most valued aspect by patients. The study highlights the need for healthcare providers to enhance various dimensions of responsiveness to improve patient care during pandemics.
