What is Why I Am a Rationalist by Bertrand Russell about?

Bertrand Russell outlines why he is a rationalist in 3 sentences: He has been a rationalist since he can remember and does not believe anything without evidence, as rationality is rare though important. While progress is being made, much irrationality remains in areas like education, politics, and religion.
