What is SOA Integration for ERP and ECM Systems about?

The document presents a procedure model for integrating enterprise systems using a service-oriented architecture (SOA). The model involves: 1) deconstructing systems into reusable services; 2) mapping redundant functions across systems; and 3) assigning original code to services and orchestrating them. An example application involving integrating an ERP and ECM system using the model is discussed. The goal is to improve integration and reuse of code and functions across different enterprise systems.
