As part of the loan agreement, Tamayo agreed that the vehicle would be mortgaged to the bank as collateral. Tamayo also agreed not to use the vehicle for public transportation services like Uber or Grab, as that would constitute a default on the loan. Tamayo signed an affidavit attesting to these terms of the auto loan.
