What is Voter Guide for School Initiatives about?

The proposition proposes creating an intermediate guitar class to accommodate students who have passed beginning guitar but are forced to retake it each year. A yes vote would mean Waite Middle School would be the only school to offer an intermediate guitar class, potentially drawing more students. However, it would cost money to create the new class and require the guitar teacher to come to campus again for the intermediate level.
