What is Kalashtar Overview and Naming Guide about?

Kalashtar are a race descended from quori spirits that possessed willing humans. They fled persecution in their home plane of Dal Quor. Today, new Kalashtar are born as a hybrid of human and quori, not through possession. They seek perfection of mind through disciplines like psionics. As exiles unable to return home, even in dreams, Kalashtar are prone to madness and devote themselves to disciplines to remain sane. They appear graceful yet alien compared to humans, and oppose those who would corrupt souls.
