What is Underclock Dungeon Mechanics about?

The Underclock system starts at 20 and counts down based on party actions, triggering encounters when it reaches 0. Special rules apply for exact values of 0 and 3, and resting incurs costs while affecting the Underworld Die size. Leaving the dungeon reduces treasure value, and encumbrance lowers the maximum Underclock value.
