The Yotsuya Mission property in Kamiochiai, Tokyo has been sold to the Tokyo City Government. This will allow funds to be used to build the long-planned Shinshu Bible Camp, as well as provide loans for housing for other Japanese churches. The sale was the result of many negotiations over several years as various potential buyers faced challenges. Ultimately, the city revealed plans to build a small emergency refuge park on the land. The sale was finalized in November 1977.
