What is PDOS and PCP Registration Guide about?

Individuals migrating abroad with an immigrant visa must register with the Commission on Filipinos Overseas (CFO) and attend the Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar (PDOS). The registration process includes reserving an appointment online, providing necessary documents, and paying a registration fee. Certain individuals, such as minors and senior citizens, may be exempt from attending the PDOS but still need to register online.
