The company wishes to clarify a statement in its Annual Report 2013. Specifically, the first line of the second paragraph of Note 19(b) on page 75 should read "The Code of Corporate Governance recommends the disclosure of the remuneration of Directors and the Group’s top five key executives" with the addition of the words "Directors and". This is to correctly reflect the recommendation regarding disclosure of remuneration for directors and top executives.
