In 2011, a new translation of the Mass is being introduced which is more accurate and faithful to the original Latin text. The main parts of the Mass will be said in all parishes using the new translation from September 2011. The new translation increases the dignity of the language used in the Mass and brings out more of the Scriptural resonances of the text.
