This study evaluates the pediatric antiretroviral therapy (ART) service in Gondar city, Ethiopia, assessing its implementation status through mixed methods. The overall implementation rate was found to be 75.32%, with caregiver satisfaction at 84.64%, but gaps in medication availability and facility space were identified. Recommendations include improving access to opportunistic infection medications and addressing the needs of caregivers traveling from long distances.
