This study evaluated the antibacterial activities of ethanol and methanol extracts of the Flavoparmelia caperata and Roccella phycopsis lichens. The lichen samples were collected from Turkey and tested against 16 bacterial strains using disc diffusion and broth dilution methods. The lichen extracts showed antibacterial activity comparable to commonly used antibiotics, with inhibition zone diameters ranging from 14-26 mm.
