The Court of Appeal of Abidjan ruled on June 11, 2019, regarding an appeal by the International Transit Center (ITC) against a judgment from the Commercial Court. The court declared itself incompetent to hear the case, transferring jurisdiction to the Court of Appeal of Commerce of Abidjan, and ordered ITC to pay the costs.
