This paper presents new methods for on-site determination of zero-sequence impedances for three-leg core power transformers using low voltage testing from the lowest voltage winding. Two test configurations, One-Open-Phase and Two-Open-Phase, are proposed to enhance measurement accuracy and reduce costs compared to traditional high-voltage testing. The methods were validated through actual tests on station auxiliary and generation step-up transformers, demonstrating high accuracy in impedance estimation.
