This document describes Aberdeen Foam 3x3% AR-AFFF-C6, an alcohol resistant aqueous film forming foam concentrate. It is compliant with EPA standards and effective against class B hydrocarbon and polar solvent fires. It forms an aqueous film to smother fires, has low surface tension, expands foam, and reseals if the blanket is broken. It has received international approvals and been reformulated to meet EPA requirements by using fluorosurfactants no longer than a C6 carbon chain.
