This study evaluates the effectiveness of ultrasound-guided internal superior laryngeal nerve (iSLN) block in reducing postoperative sore throat (POST) in patients undergoing thoracoscopic surgery with double-lumen bronchial intubation. A total of 64 patients were randomly assigned to either a control group or an iSLN block group, with results showing significantly lower POST scores in the iSLN block group during the first 6 hours post-extubation. The findings suggest that iSLN block is a safe and effective
