This case report describes a 4-year-old female Labrador retriever that presented with epiphora (excessive tearing) of the left eye and swelling of the left ventromedial eyelid of 3 months duration. Ultrasound revealed a fluid-filled cyst near the nasolacrimal system containing echogenic material. Surgical removal of the cyst found multiple calculi (dacryoliths) inside. Histopathology identified the cyst lining as lacrimal canaliculus epithelium. Analysis found the dacryoliths were composed of calcium carbon
