This study investigates the structural, optical, and radiation shielding properties of zinc boro-tellurite alumina glasses synthesized using the melt-quenching method. Six glass compositions were created by varying the ratio of B2O3 and TeO2, and their optical absorption and gamma photon shielding capabilities were evaluated. The results indicate that increasing TeO2 content enhances photon attenuation, with the K6 sample showing superior shielding properties due to its higher TeO2 concentration.
